AI Studio reservations, tier selections, and any prepayments are governed by the ordering document signed at booking.
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, to infringe intellectual property, or to broadcast content that violates local regulations.
To the extent permitted by law, Polaris' aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ruse, Bulgaria.
